As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met with efficiency and care. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while managing multiple requests simultaneously.\nGreet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, providing assistance with inquiries and requests\nManage and coordinate a variety of guests requests, including reservations, transportation arrangements, dining, and activity planning\nRespond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring all requests are documented and prioritized appropriately\nCoordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners to fulfill requests and resolve issues\nMaintain detailed records and databases of guest preferences, requests, and service history\nTroubleshoot and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessary\nManage schedules and calendars to optimize service delivery and ensure timely follow-up on all requests\nPerform administrative tasks including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation\nUphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions\n Proven customer service experience in a hospitality, corporate, or luxury service environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele\nStrong organizational and
