This role is ideal for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to develop their leadership skills within a prestigious boutique hotel environment.\nThe Duty Manager will support the daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and assist departmental teams in maintaining the highest standards of service associated with luxury hospitality.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the senior management in overseeing daily hotel operations and Food & Beverage outlets\nEnsure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments\nProvide operational support to all F&B outlets during service periods, events, and high-volume operations\nDeliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally\nMonitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and brand expectations\nAssist with VIP arrivals, guest relations, and special requests\nSupervise shifts and support team members during operational hours\nPrepare operational reports and communicate relevant updates during handovers\nPrevious experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, front office, or hotel operations preferred\nQualification in Hospitality Management or related field is considered an asset\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nPassion for guest service and operational excellence\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment\nProfessional appearance and customer-focused attitude\nFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays\nFluency in English is required;
