Deine Aufgaben
- Unsere Gäste bei ihrer Reservation auf höchstem Niveau zu beraten und betreuen
- Reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf in der Reservation gewährleisten
- Unterstützung deines Vorgesetzten in sämtlichen Verkaufs- und Reservationsangelegenheiten
- Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion oder kaufmännische Erfahrung im Backoffice
- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freude am Verkauf und an der individuellen Gästebetreuung
- Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware Protel und Reservationssystemen von Vorteil
