Own the product backlog and ensure continuous value delivery.\nBusiness & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain leaders to understand business needs, conduct requirement workshops, validate solutions, and maintain stakeholder alignment.\nAgile Delivery: Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release planning while ensuring delivery quality and timelines.\nRetail Accounting & Functional Expertise: Ensure D365 F&O solutions effectively support retail financial processes, including sales, returns, invoices, discounts, promotions, revenue recognition, financial reconciliation, inventory, and cost accounting.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and implementation partners to manage dependencies, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure successful implementation.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes, product performance, reporting, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with relevant financial and retail standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, preferably in ERP or enterprise application environments.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Finance & Accounting, and Retail Accounting processes.\nKnowledge of POS integration, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash workflows.\nHands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and release planning.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nGood to Have\nMicrosoft certifications in D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Solution Architecture.\nExperience in retail transformation, multi-country implementations, or global rollouts.\nExposure to AI-driven analytics, reporting, and process optimization within ERP
