project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation.\nIdentify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.\nLead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness activities.\nEnsure successful data migration, user training, change management, and go-live execution.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates, executive dashboards, and governance reports.\nManage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with organizational governance, procurement policies, security standards, and quality processes.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and platform adoption.\nRequired Skills\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMust have 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years of Project Management experience.\nMandatory experience working on the Zip Procurement Orchestration Platform, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.\nStrong understanding of procurement business processes\nStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.\nExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.\nStrong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\nExperience in project budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and vendor coordination.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
