Explore what we have to offer and help turn your talents into a rewarding career.\nJob Description:\nSeeking an Assistant Community Manager to assure that all efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations.\nDirect the day-to-day activities, which include but are not limited to:\nManage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.\nProvide prompt and accurate general status reports on properties assigned.\nPrepare annual recertifications. \nInterview prospective residents and show apartments and property.\nDetermine needs and qualifications and explain occupancy terms.\nComplete leasing process agreement.\nPrepare vacancy reports and inspect the condition of the premises periodically.\nCoordinate marketing and/or property promotions.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with a customer service-oriented personality.\nPosition Requirements:\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing.\nDemonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.\nAbility to exercise judgment and discretion.\nBenefits as a TRGM Employee:\nBase Salary + Performance
