Explore what we have to offer and help turn your talents into a rewarding career.\nJob Description:\nThe Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role involves marketing available units, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring a positive resident experience while helping achieve occupancy goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.\nConduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.\nRespond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.\nProcess rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.\nPrepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.\nMaintain accurate leasing records and resident files.\nAssist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.\nCoordinate move-in and move-out procedures.\nAddress resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.\nHelp market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.\nEnsure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.\nMeet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma.\nPrevious experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent customer service and sales abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, OneSite).\nAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.\nSkills:\nSales and negotiation\nCustomer relationship management\nOrganization and time management\nProblem-solving\nAttention to detail\nProfessionalism and teamwork\nWork Environment:\nPrimarily office-based within an apartment community.\nFrequent walking during property tours.\nMay require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.\nThis position is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, customer service, and
