Explore what we have to offer and help turn your talents into a rewarding career. We’re actively seeking a Leasing Consultant for our newest lease-up in West Palm Beach, FL. This role will collaborate directly with the property management team to provide residents with great service.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nInterview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.\nAccompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size and layout, available amenities and services, and lease terms.\nFills out the lease form or agreement and collects the security deposit.\nPeriodically inspects the state of the property and makes arrangements for essential maintenance.\nCompiles a list of available rental units.\nIdentifies potential prospects.\nFrom start to finish, managing the leasing/renewal process.\nProvide exceptional customer service and build great working connections with our residents.\nAnswers incoming calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.\nRequest that the prospect fill out an application and make a deposit following the company's policies and Fair Housing regulations.\nProcess applications for approvals and update the availability report. (For example, a credit check, rental history, and so on.) Submit completed applications for approval to the Property Manager. Follow up with the candidate to provide status.\nAscertain that the apartment is ready for the resident to move in on the scheduled move-in date.\nFollow up with prospects who did not close and try to close the business.
