Beyond our commercial impact, we are committed to expanding access to technology and supporting pro bono legal work.\nWHAT WE DO\nLegal technology is having its moment, and Relativity is at the center of it.\nWith 25 years experience working with the world’s largest law firms, corporations, and government agencies across the globe, and locally we know that organisations have moved beyond experimentation and are now applying AI in product environments to modernise how legal work gets done at scale.\nTo meet this moment, we’re expanding our existing AI and customer facing teams to include Legal AI Consultants, acting as trusted advisors to lawyers helping them reimagine their workflows, evaluate AI solutions, and successfully integrate them into their day-to-day practice.\nYou’ll have the backing of an established industry leader and the opportunity to help grow our customer base across EMEA.\nIf you’re ready to help write the next chapter of legal AI in EMEA, we’d love to hear from you.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe Legal AI Consultant is a practicing or former lawyer who brings deep legal expertise and a passion for technology to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience purpose-built for lawyers.\nThe Legal AI Consultant will report to the Director Legal AI Transformation in EMEA, with strong dotted line into the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US.\nWorking across the full customer lifecycle, this role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, with a primary focus on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.\nJob Description and Requirements\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nEngage Lawyers as Primary Users:\nBuild trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations\n\nUnderstand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation\n\nServe as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently\n\nDrive Pre-Sales and Adoption Conversations:\nPartner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment\n\nLead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativityy’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases\n\nHelp secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions\n\nEnable Post-Sales Adoption and Value Realization:\nSupport onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption\n\nGuide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes\n\nPartner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact\n\nAct as Voice of the Legal Customer:\nProvide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs, usability, and adoption barriers\n\nHelp refine product capabilities to better serve lawyer workflows\n\nContribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable assets for customer engagement\n\nBridge Legal and Technical workflows and knowledge:\nTranslate complex AI capabilities into practical, actionable insights for legal professionals\n\nHelp customers understand how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products will impact specific practice areas and workflows\n\nSupport internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nQualified lawyer currently admitted and in good standing to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.
