We build products that help legal teams use AI to reach insights faster and develop a defensible case strategy through data-driven storytelling.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nWe’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of Relativity aiR, the AI platform for legal data intelligence. This role is for a designer who loves to build and can take a problem from an initial sketch to a working prototype and production-ready code using AI tools.\nYou will design and implement key features within our core case strategy workflows. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to build products that help legal teams reach insights faster and develop a defensible case strategy through data-driven storytelling.\nJob Description and Requirements\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDesign and implement key features within Relativity aiR’s core case strategy workflows.\nTake problems from initial sketches through working prototypes and production-ready code using AI tools.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and applied science partners to create thoughtful, effective product experiences.\nLearn the legal discovery domain from internal and external subject matter experts.\nBuild strong working relationships with subject matter experts at Relativity and within our partner organizations.\nAsk questions, test assumptions about legal discovery workflows, and incorporate domain knowledge into your designs.\nParticipate in customer discovery sessions, demonstrations, conferences, and customer events, including occasional on-site travel.\nPresent your work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and use what you learn to guide subsequent iterations.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\n3-5 years of experience as a product or UX designer, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, well-crafted workflow design.\nA solid human-centered design practice, including research synthesis, journey mapping, and iterative prototyping.\nA strong bias toward action, with the ability to deliver incrementally and put working solutions in front of users rather than wait for perfect information.\nGenuine curiosity and a drive to grow, including asking thoughtful questions, seeking feedback, and actively developing your craft.\nStrong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, applied science, and research.\nFoundational visual design skills, including layout, spacing, typography, and color theory.\nComfort building front-end code or a clear interest in developing the ability to ship production-ready code within an existing codebase.\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted development and modern prototyping tools to work more efficiently, along with enthusiasm for advancing that practice.\nAbility to clearly communicate design decisions and the reasoning behind them to Product and Engineering partners.\nProficiency with modern design and development tooling, including AI-assisted workflows and AI-native development environments such as Claude, Claude Code, and Cursor.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508.\nPreferred\nExperience designing enterprise or complex B2B products.\nExperience with micro-interactions and motion design.\nExperience designing AI-assisted features, particularly those involving artifact creation, knowledge building, or chat-based experiences.\nExperience contributing directly to a production codebase alongside engineers, including pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD.\nA habit of experimenting with new AI-native tools and sharing what you learn with your team.\nWHY WE COULD BE A GREAT FIT\nImpactful Mission\nBuild systems that help customers organize data, discover the truth, and act on it in high-stakes legal matters.\nEngineering at Scale\nWork on distributed, cloud-native systems that process large volumes of data.\nCutting-Edge Technology\nBuild with AI, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures shaping legal tech.\nGrowth and Ownership\nGain experience owning systems end-to-end across cloud and distributed environments.\nCollaborative Culture\nWork in a team focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\nInclusive Environment\nDiverse perspectives create stronger teams and better outcomes.\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive salary, benefits, DTO, parental leave, and equity program.\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\nThe expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:\n173 000 and 259 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
