Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of Relativity’s document conversion and enrichment technology to drive efficiency in litigation review. These areas of the product are responsible for many enrichments in Processing, Imaging, PDF Production/App and drive many document transformations for review.\nA successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design, development, discovering opportunities through data analysis and inquiry with customers, creating and communicating progress through leading indicators, developing strong fluency in cloud architecture and adjacent technologies, and navigating ambiguity given the technology’s pace of change.\nJob Description and Requirements\nIn this role, you will:\nDrive short- and long-term roadmapofdocumentconversion andenrichment teamsby working closelywithboth internal and externalendusers,engineering,enablement,salesteamsand other customer-focused teams.\n\nWork with otherdata enrichmentproduct managers and stakeholders to createcohesive, intuitiveenrichment architecture neededto improveuser experience ofprocessingand otherenrichmentconsumers in the product.\n\nCollaborate with sales and marketing to increaseadoptionofdocument conversion technologyand create artifacts that articulatebenefitsof document conversion and enrichment.\n\nEnsure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and acting with urgency to address any barriers to adoption.\n\nRole Responsibilities\nCustomer Centric:\nConnect withexternalandinternal customersto gain a deep understanding of their workflows and needs andvalidateour approach to addressing them.\n\nEnsure we are solving the most pressing problems of our customers. The ability to prioritize tasks based on their impact and outcomes is crucial to be successful in this role.\n\nSpeakto internal stakeholders including engineering, user researchers, and designersabout the variety of workflows and end user needs we see across segments and personas.\n\nProvide product andworkflowsrecommendations grounded in both customer empathy and customer data.\n\nCommunicate our user needs toengineeringteams and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment internally on product vision.\n\nConductuser and competitive research for their product(s)\n\nProduct Leadership:\nPossess an in-depth understanding of our product suite.Speak about our production from a business and technical approach in a way that internal stakeholders and clients can understand.\n\nOwn the product roadmap and backlog for your product(s).Listen to different internal experts to understand the impact, butinthe end decide the features that your team should build.\n\nWork directly with Product Leads to help build a strategy and goals for their product(s).\n\nTrack andreportson key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.\n\nAct as a leader,facilitatingcommunication across internal stakeholders and effectively communicate ‘why’ and gain buy-in from the team and Leadership.Beresponsible forclarifying and resolving conflicts around your product vision.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nWork closely with your Engineering counterparts to ensure that the team delivers a product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, observability,efficiencyand performance standards.\n\nBe well versed in technical aspects of cloud platform architecture with deeper technical understanding to communicate with development team members and make informed decisions aboutthe productdevelopment.\n\nPossess the technical acumen needed to understand the technical challenges faced by the team, the root cause ofincidentsand propose effective solutions for them.\n\nEngage indeep technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to understand the implications that future work could have on your product and customers.\n\nProduct Implementation\nBreak down large projects into iterative releases. Create and share product implementation plans with measurable results for each milestone.\n\nAnticipate the need to create alignment with cross-functional teams to solve problems together.\n\nHelp theteam totranslate validated designs and analysis into story cards with acceptance criteria.\n\nDevelop external and internal facing go-to-market content including product documentation and release notes.\n\nPreferredqualifications:\nProven experience in product management for developer-facing platform products, preferably spanning native libraries, distributed messaging systems,andworkflow orchestration infrastructure.\n\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile\n\nFamiliarity and comfort with data, includingabilityto use data to analyze andmonitorproduct health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.\n\nExcited and curious abouthighly complexproblems, systems, and interactions\n\nA team player with proven ability tovalidatesolutions and deliver features frominceptionto delivery\n\nYou focus on the details, but focus your strategy on the big picture objectives\n\nExcellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal\n\nMinimum qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in product management building custom software\n\nBachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.\n\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\nThe expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:\n$115,000 and $173,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
