This person will be responsible for leading high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, can bring structure to ambiguity, and is energized by driving programs that directly influence company-wide outcomes in a fast-paced environment.You will be the connective tissue between executive sponsors, GBO teammates, and partners across IT, Finance, Legal and the broader business. You will shape program strategy, translate it into clear plans and decisions, and keep many moving parts aligned toward a shared outcome. You will lead through influence, credibility, and clarity rather than formal authority. You will work directly with senior and executive leaders and are trusted to operate with minimal oversight.\nJob Description and Requirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes, accountable for results \nHelp define program strategy, success measures, and priorities alongside executive sponsors and senior leaders \nAct as the connective tissue across teams, workstreams, and systems, surfacing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and keeping everyone working toward the same goal \nLead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and holding peers and partners accountable \nPartner closely with GBO teammates, and serve as a trusted partner to other business units and their stakeholders \nBuild integrated roadmaps and plans that align scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources \nIdentify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution across competing priorities \nRun effective governance, including steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths, scaled to the needs of each program \nCommunicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates to senior and executive leadership \nBring structure to ambiguity, and continuously improve how programs are delivered across GBO \nAd hoc responsibilities, as needed \nQualifications:\n7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives with multiple concurrent workstreams \nDemonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders \nStrong executive presence, with exceptional written and verbal communication and demonstrated credibility at the senior and executive level \nProven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution \nExperience with programs involving IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems \nAbility to operate autonomously, make sound decisions with minimal guidance, and bring structure to ambiguity \nStrong command of program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment \nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and the judgment to choose the right approach for the work \nProven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver outcomes \nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP or equivalent certification \nExperience in change management and organizational transformation is strongly preferred. \nProficiency with Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Excel, plus strong executive-level reporting skills \nBackground in high-growth, scaling, fast paced organizations \nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\nThe expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:\n$115,000 and $173,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
