Team members contribute to architecture, influence engineering best practices, and help shape modern, scalable cloud solutions.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs a Senior Software Engineer, your primary mission will be to design, develop, test, deploy, and support RelativityOne cloud solutions built on Azure using .NET and C#. You will work as part of a Scrum team, collaborating closely with engineering peers and business stakeholders to deliver products, features, and services that evolve the RelativityOne platform.\nYou will contribute technical expertise across the software development lifecycle, mentor less experienced engineers, and support the team’s technical leadership while helping drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement.\nJob Description and Requirements\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nContribute to a Scrum team throughout all phases of the software lifecycle, including conception, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.\nArchitect and design performant, scalable, and secure software solutions with a strong focus on quality.\nApply object-oriented analysis, design, and programming principles using C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including SOLID principles and design patterns.\nProvide technical guidance to help deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software operating on large volumes of data.\nParticipate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies, including static WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of experience developing commercial software systems and applications using C#.\nExperience building cloud-scalable solutions using cloud-native patterns, preferably on Microsoft Azure.\nExperience working with scalable database technologies.\nExperience building a cloud-focused DevOps mindset, including CI/CD processes and tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, and LaunchDarkly, along with mature observability practices.\nAbility to design and implement mature deployment and release solutions.\nStrong understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day engineering workflows, including:AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, and review.\nUsing AI for technical design, solution exploration, and documentation.\nLeveraging AI to plan and structure development and release activities.\nCritically evaluating AI-generated outputs and taking ownership of final technical decisions.\n\nExperience working in Agile software teams, including mentoring, feature leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.\nFluency in English.\nPreferred\nExperience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.\nExperience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management solutions such as Pulumi.\nExperience on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
