Beyond our commercial impact, we are committed to expanding access to technology and supporting pro bono legal work.\nWHAT WE DO\nWithin AI Platform, the Agentic Platform team owns the agentic backbone of Relativity’s AI strategy. The team develops and operates the shared agent harness that enables Relativity product teams to define, deploy, and operate agents safely and at scale. The team also maintains a technical reference agent used to validate and demonstrate core platform capabilities before they are adopted by other teams.\nBy partnering closely with teams building products such as aiR Assist and other AI-powered experiences, the Agentic Platform team helps accelerate the delivery of scalable, reliable, and governed agentic solutions across Relativity.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs Senior Product Manager, Agentic Platform, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and agent harness. You will work closely with teams building AI-powered products to understand their needs, prioritize platform investments, and ensure the harness enables rapid, safe, and scalable agent development.\nYou will partner across engineering, applied science, and platform teams to drive adoption, shape platform direction, and influence adjacent capabilities critical to the success of agentic systems.\nJob Description and Requirements\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDevelop a deep understanding of the workflows, abstractions, dependencies, and failure points involved in designing, building, testing, and deploying agents and skills.\n\nEngage directly with product teams, including aiR Assist and other AI initiatives, to identify gaps, validate requirements, and drive platform improvements.\n\nTranslate stakeholder feedback into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent harness and reference agent.\n\nMonitor the external agent ecosystem, including agent SDKs, MCP, A2A, and orchestration patterns, to inform product and architectural decisions.\n\nOwn product strategy and execution for both the core harness and the reference agent implementation.\n\nDefine and track success metrics related to platform adoption, reference agent quality, and time-to-build for consuming teams.\n\nLead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, applied science, and product organizations.\n\nPrioritize investments across platform capabilities and reference agent enhancements while balancing platform scalability and product needs.\n\nDrive integration of the harness with adjacent AI Platform capabilities such as model and agent registries, tracing, observability, and evaluation systems.\n\nDefine how harness-hosted agents are exposed and discovered across the broader AI platform experience.\n\nPartner with Applied Science teams to support evaluation, intent detection, and other AI capabilities required by the platform.\n\nImprove onboarding experiences and reduce the time required for teams to deploy agents on the harness.\n\nEstablish governance standards and lifecycle management practices for shared agent infrastructure.\n\nShape the long-term platform strategy, including skills registries, low-code authoring experiences, multi-model support, and agent-to-agent handoff capabilities.\n\nUse adoption metrics, operational insights, and incident learnings to continuously evolve and improve the platform.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\n5+ years of experience in product management, ideally owning platform or infrastructure products used by internal teams.\n\nExperience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production environments, including orchestration, tool usage, or multi-step reasoning workflows.\n\nExperience making and defending build-versus-buy decisions and influencing architectural direction alongside engineering teams.\n\nStrong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using telemetry, analytics, experimentation, and data to inform product decisions.\n\nExperience influencing roadmaps and priorities across teams without direct authority.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with tool access and interoperability protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A.\n\nWorking knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and an understanding of their tradeoffs.\n\nFamiliarity with MLOps infrastructure, including model or artifact registries, tracing, and observability tooling.\n\nUnderstanding of modern AI platform architectures and agent lifecycle management.\n\nWHY WE COULD BE A GREAT FIT\nImpactful Mission\nBuild systems that help customers organize data, discover the truth, and act on it in high-stakes legal matters.\n\nEngineering at Scale\nWork on distributed, cloud-native systems that process large volumes of data.\n\nCutting-Edge Technology\nBuild with AI, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures shaping legal tech.\n\nGrowth and Ownership\nGain experience owning systems end-to-end across cloud and distributed environments.\n\nCollaborative Culture\nWork in a team focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\n\nInclusive Environment\nDiverse perspectives create stronger teams and better outcomes.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive salary, benefits, DTO, parental leave, and equity program.\n\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\nThe expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:\n250 000 and 374 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
