This role focuses on designing user-centered experiences for complex, data-driven workflows, contributing to our design system, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver scalable solutions that impact hundreds of thousands of users.\nJob Description and Requirements\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nPartner with Product and Engineering to define and drive the vision for a core area of the Relativity ecosystem, influencing the workflows of hundreds of thousands of users.\nApply Design Thinking techniques to uncover user needs, validate business assumptions, and drive user-centered decision-making.\nLead iterative exploration of design concepts, generating and refining ideas while balancing possibilities, constraints, and system-level considerations.\nConduct user and stakeholder research to understand customer behaviors, expectations, and data-driven workflows, translating insights into actionable design recommendations.\nCreate high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate solutions and support rapid iteration with internal and external stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver detailed specifications, support implementation, and validate solutions throughout Agile development cycles.\nContribute to the evolution of Aero, Relativity’s design system, including the definition of visualization patterns and broader adoption across the organization.\nExplore opportunities to leverage AI-assisted design tools such as generative prototyping, automated accessibility checks, and intelligent layout suggestions to improve workflow efficiency and design quality.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiences that incorporate AI-powered insights, automation, and data transformation workflows where applicable.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.\n3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex UX challenges and design intuitive, interactive interfaces within a large-scale product ecosystem.\nDemonstrated ability to turn user insights into actionable interface design decisions.\nFamiliarity with UX implementation challenges across desktop applications and web environments.\nProficiency in Figma, FigJam, and related design workflows.\nPreferred\nExperience designing for complex B2B SaaS or cloud-based platforms with sophisticated workflows and multi-step data interactions.\nBackground in document, data, or content management systems.\nExperience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.\nExperience using or experimenting with AI-powered design tools, including prototyping accelerators, UX content generation, or pattern detection in research data.\nUnderstanding of how AI-enhanced features can affect user trust, transparency, and workflow efficiency.\nWHY WE COULD BE A GREAT FIT\nImpactful Mission\nBuild systems that help customers organize data, discover the truth, and act on it in high-stakes legal matters.\nEngineering at Scale\nWork on distributed, cloud-native systems that process large volumes of data.\nCutting-Edge Technology\nBuild with AI, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures shaping legal tech.\nGrowth and Ownership\nGain experience owning systems end-to-end across cloud and distributed environments.\nCollaborative Culture\nWork in a team focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\nInclusive Environment\nDiverse perspectives create stronger teams and better outcomes.\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive salary, benefits, DTO, parental leave, and equity program.\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\nThe expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:\n173,000 and 259,000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
