Build full-stack features across .NET/C# backend services, React/JavaScript frontends, and SQL data layers to support core product workflows. Build and maintain integrations with external systems and internal platform services, including third-party cloud data sources, notification providers, and cross-team APIs. Apply cloud-native patterns, including containerization, event-driven architecture, and infrastructure-as-code, to deliver scalable and resilient services on Azure. Manage and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and drive independent deployments across team-owned services. Use observability tooling, including structured logging, metrics dashboards, and distributed tracing, to investigate production issues and advocate for system improvements. Triage and remediate security vulnerabilities as part of the team's ongoing security posture work. Participate in on-call rotations, contribute to incident response, and complete follow-up work to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and adjacent teams to deliver committed sprint work on a regular cadence.\n Job Description and Requirements\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\nProficiency in C# and .NET, or a comparable object-oriented language with a willingness to ramp onto the stack.\nExperience building software services, ideally cloud-based.\nAbility to work through well-defined features and debug issues with support from senior team members.\nFamiliarity with relational databases and SQL.\nPreferred\nExperience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React for full-stack development.\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).\nFamiliarity with observability platforms such as New Relic, Splunk, or equivalent APM/logging tools.\nExposure to authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML) in enterprise SaaS applications.\nExperience building or maintaining integrations with third-party APIs or enterprise SaaS systems.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native concepts such as containerization, event-driven design, or infrastructure-as-code (Azure preferred).\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\nThe expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:\n$79,000 and $119,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
