Every challenge is an opportunity to solve for what really matters, with agility, empathy, and creativity.\nAbout the Role\nFacilitation Delivery: Deliver engaging facilitation for new hire orientations, leadership development programs, and internal training classes, following established curricula and program design; create inclusive, interactive learning environments that drive understanding and retention. Serve as a facilitator for assigned learning experiences, with guidance from program managers on content and approach.\nProgram Support: Support program managers in leadership development and orientation/onboarding by coordinating logistical aspects of learning programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.\nMulti-Modal Delivery: Facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning sessions, adapting delivery style to engage participants across formats.\nAdministrative Support: Assist with the administrative tasks of talent development programs, including tracking attendance, managing participant communications, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand audience needs and help tailor content delivery accordingly; build positive working relationships with leaders and team members across the organization.\n Event Support: Assist with internal events (e.g., as co-emcee or support role), lead facility tours for new hires and visitors, and participate in internal speaking engagements as needed.\nAbout You\nFacilitation Experience: Experience as a facilitator with a track record of delivering engaging learning experiences for varied audiences; comfortable facilitating structured programs with established materials.\n Confident Presenter: Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a room (virtual or in-person), adjust to different learning styles, and foster participation.\nOrganized and Detail-Oriented: Good project coordination and administrative skills with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders with support from program managers.\nTechnology Comfortable: Familiar with MS Teams virtual facilitation platform, learning management systems, and standard productivity tools; able to troubleshoot basic tech issues during sessions.\nTeam-Oriented: Works well in cross-functional environments, takes direction well, and shows initiative on assigned tasks.\nAdaptable: Comfortable with ambiguity and change; able to adjust to shifting priorities while maintaining quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nNice to haves but not required:\nProfessional facilitation certification (e.g., IAF CPF, ATD, or similar)\nExposure to designing learning content in addition to facilitation\nBackground in leadership development, organizational development, or adult learning theory\nExperience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other technical industries\nFamiliarity with Zensai LMS\nAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
