You’ll have the backing of an established industry leader and the opportunity to help grow our customer base across Asia.\nIf you’re ready to help write the next chapter of legal AI in Asia, we’d love to hear from you.\nJob Description and Requirements\nJob Summary\nA fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer, with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives on making a real impact across diverse markets.\nAs Marketing Specialist, Field Marketing - Asia, based in Singapore, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our four key Asia markets - Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and South Korea - with a strong focus on demand generation and event marketing. You will partner with the APAC marketing team and sales organisation to ensure marketing activities are closely aligned to regional business priorities.\nThis is a hands-on, operational role suited to a marketing generalist. Data-driven, proactive, and energetic; you will project-manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen our position across key markets. You will ensure efficient and effective campaign management and planning, orchestrating key deliverables, and driving execution. You will keep campaign deliverables on time and on budget, and monitor campaign performance to achieve regional pipeline goals. You are most comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved across all aspects of Asia marketing in an execution and operational capacity.\nAs part of a wider global marketing team, you will work closely with Australia and US-based colleagues to maximise resources and ensure consistency of brand and message across the Asia region.\nYou are driven to succeed, bring creative ideas to the table, and are an exceptional collaborator, communicator, and project manager - able to navigate confidently across functions and geographies to deliver impactful marketing results.\nResponsibilities\nExecute integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to regional and global marketing priorities, including digital and event-driven tactics \nPlan and deliver field and virtual events (e.g., trade shows, customer events, webinars), including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site/virtual execution \nCollaborate with Sales to align campaigns and events to target accounts, pipeline goals, and customer segments \nManage campaign and event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery \nBuild and manages multi-channel campaigns using tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana. \nWorks with the Asia marketing team to track and report on campaign and event performance metrics; (e.g., engagement, pipeline contribution, ROI) and make data-driven optimisation recommendations \nAmplifies global marketing initiatives to ensure messaging resonates with audiences across each of the four Asia markets. \nPlays a key role in the delivery of RelFest Sydney and Asia events, including operational and logistical support, audience acquisition, and driving registrations across the region. \nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n3+ years of experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, events) \nExperience of event planning (in-person and/or virtual), including logistics and vendor coordination \nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyin a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights. \nExperience collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in B2B technology or SaaS marketing environments. \nFamiliarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) \nExperience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or field marketing programs. \nFamiliarity with the legal technology sector is an advantage. \nKey Competencies\nExecution Excellence: Delivers high-quality work with attention to detail and consistency. \nCollaboration: Builds strong working relationships across teams to achieve shared outcomes.
