Regardless of seniority, you’ll be joining a team where initiative, reliability, and personal engagement matter.\nWhat you’ll do\nManaging Tier 2 and 3 operators\n\nDeveloping and sustaining solid relationships with key customers\n\nMaintaining and growing revenues from customers’ portfolio\n\nEnsuring game positioning, working with customers on marketing promotions and other activities to maximize revenues\n\nEnsure favourable commercial conditions in all partnerships and relations\n\nPresent up and coming game releases that are part of the Relax Roadmap\n\nDeliver excellence in promotional activities towards customers by working closely with our internal marketing team\n\nBe a trusted partner to the operators with open knowledge sharing and connections\n\nRepresent both the Relax and Silver Bullet content commercially\n\nKeep operators up to date with the value proposition of the Relax Platform in terms of new features and partners added\n\nRepresent Relax, our values, and expertise to all stakeholders in the business\n\nDeliver excellent service to our operators as the point of contact for operators and deliver on requests\n\nWork with promotions and incentives to promote and position Relax content in a premium position\n\nService the operators and ensure quick turnaround of any requests\n\nWe believe you have:\nAt least 2 years’ experience in a commercial role within the iGaming industry\n\nA driven personality and strong desire to grow into a more senior position over time\n\nA structured and proactive approach to building client relationships\n\nEagerness to learn, contribute, and develop deep product and domain knowledge\n\nSolid understanding of the online casino sector and how content distribution works\n\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbal\n\nA collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally\n\nHigh standards for quality, professionalism, and follow-through\n\nLife at Relax inMalta\nThis role is based in our Malta office, located at The Centre in Tigné Point, right in the heart of Sliema and just meters from where the idea of Relax Gaming was born.
