With more than 350 employees across 11 offices in Europe, we are now looking for a Creative Manager to lead our creative function and shape how the Relax Gaming brand comes to life.\nThis is more than a traditional design management role. We are looking for an experienced creative leader who combines exceptional design expertise with strong brand understanding, strategic thinking and the ability to turn ambitious ideas into impactful creative work.\nYou will lead a talented team of three Graphic Designers and one Multimedia Creative, overseeing creative development and production across graphic design, video, motion graphics and multimedia content. Working closely with our Director of Marketing and Brand & Creative Strategist, you will help translate our brand strategy into a distinctive and recognisable creative expression.\nFrom campaigns and social content to events, presentations and partner communications, you will ensure that every touchpoint feels Relax Gaming unmistakably. You will protect our brand's consistency while giving the team the direction and freedom to experiment, explore new formats, and create work that stands out.\nThe role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is based in Malta.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead the creative function and act as the guardian of the Relax Gaming brand.\n\nTranslate our brand strategy, positioning, messaging and tone of voice into a clear and compelling creative expression.\n\nWork closely with the Director of Marketing and Brand & Creative Strategist to evolve the brand and ensure creative decisions support wider business objectives.\n\nLead creative concept development and oversee high-quality production across digital, print and physical channels.\n\nDirect the creation of graphic design, video content, motion graphics and multimedia storytelling.\n\nEnsure a cohesive brand experience across our website, marketing campaigns, social media, sales materials, presentations, events, merchandise and partner communications.\n\nTurn marketing briefs and business objectives into creative concepts with a clear audience, purpose and message.\n\nDevelop and maintain brand guidelines, visual standards and effective asset management processes.\n\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen brand recognition and differentiate Relax Gaming in a competitive market.\n\nBalance creative consistency with experimentation, innovation and fresh thinking.\n\nChallenge unclear or reactive requests constructively, helping stakeholders focus on work that delivers the greatest impact.\n\nExplore new formats, technologies and production approaches that improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative output.\n\nLead, mentor and develop a team of three Graphic Designers and one Multimedia Creative.\n\nSet clear creative standards, priorities and expectations while building a supportive and ambitious team environment.\n\nProvide thoughtful feedback and creative direction that helps the team develop its skills and push creative boundaries.\n\nManage workloads, production capacity and deadlines across competing priorities.\n\nEstablish efficient briefing, review and approval processes that improve delivery and reduce unnecessary rework.\n\nWork closely with Commercial Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing and other teams to deliver creative solutions that support agreed objectives.\n\nManage external agencies, freelancers and specialist production partners when required.\n\nWe believe you have\nAt least six years of professional experience in graphic design and creative production.\n\nA strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills, creative thinking and the ability to build distinctive brand experiences.\n\nExperience leading creative projects from the initial brief and concept through to production and final delivery.\n\nHands-on experience in video editing and video creation, together with a good understanding of motion graphics and multimedia storytelling.\n\nStrong knowledge of brand identity, visual systems, typography, layout and composition.\n\nExperience creating consistent and recognisable work across multiple channels and formats.\n\nPrevious experience managing, mentoring or providing creative direction to designers or other creative professionals.\n\nThe ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving confidently between concept development, creative direction and production.\n\nStrong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, including the confidence to present ideas, influence stakeholders and challenge briefs constructively.\n\nA proactive and detail-oriented approach, together with a genuine passion for building memorable brands.\n\nExcellent professional English and the ability to explain creative ideas clearly to different audiences.\n\nMalta-based availability or a willingness to relocate to Malta, as a regular presence in our Malta office is essential for this role.\n\nIt would be a bonus if you have\nExperience within iGaming, gaming, entertainment or another fast-moving digital industry.\n\nExperience working with international B2B brands, commercial partners and varied audience groups.\n\nStrong capabilities in motion design, animation, short-form video or social-first creative formats.\n\nFamiliarity with digital asset management platforms and structured creative production workflows.\n\nExperience managing external agencies, freelancers and production partners.\n\nAbout you\nYou understand that a strong brand is more than a collection of visual assets.
