You will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, tools, and processes that improve collaboration, efficiency, quality, and delivery.\nYou will work closely with our backend, frontend, and operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions based on DevOps principles.\nKey responsibilities\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks\n\nImprove tools and processes across the software development lifecycle\n\nAutomate repetitive tasks and reduce manual work\n\nCollaborate with backend, frontend, and operations teams\n\nIdentify areas where efficiency, quality, and collaboration can be improved\n\nSupport the reliable operation of development and infrastructure environments\n\nParticipate in code reviews\n\nContribute to coding standards, technical best practices, and continuous improvement\n\nWhat we are looking for\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you:\nHave at least two years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or within IT infrastructure\n\nHave hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes\n\nAre experienced in building, maintaining, or working with CI/CD pipelines\n\nHave knowledge of Python and Bash\n\nHave Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nHave A proactive automation mindset and an interest in improving existing ways of working\n\nHave strong communication and collaboration skills\n\nAre proficient in English ( written and spoken)\n\nAre comfortable using AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Copilot) day-to-day to write playbooks, pipelines and scripts faster, and clear-eyed about where automation needs a human in the loop.\n\nAre interested in applying AI to operations: log and metric anomaly detection, noise reduction in alerting, AI-assisted incident triage and root-cause analysis, and summarising postmortems.\n\nNice to have\nIt would be an advantage if you also have:\nExperience with or knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud\n\nAn interest in poker\n\nWho you are\nYou are curious, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of technical challenges.
