You will take ownership from an initially ambiguous product problem through technical design, delivery, rollout and learning in production.\n\nWorking closely with Product, Design, backend engineers and other frontend engineers, you will create clarity, make architectural trade-offs and help the team deliver maintainable, accessible and high-quality product experiences. a rare opportunity that is \"once in a lifetime\". 🚀\n\n**Your Key Responsibilities\n\n**\n\nOwn ambiguous, high-impact frontend initiatives from discovery through production, including the outcome and not only the implementation tasks\n\nPartner with Product and Design to clarify the customer problem, challenge assumptions and shape an achievable solution\n\nLead technical discovery and frontend design, making trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, maintainability and migration cost explicit\n\nBreak complex initiatives into safe milestones with appropriate testing, telemetry, feature flags and rollback plans\n\nDesign and implement accessible, responsive and resilient experiences while evolving our frontend architecture and design system incrementally\n\nTake responsibility for production outcomes, investigate difficult problems, prevent recurring issues and adjust the solution when evidence changes\n\nMentor engineers, raise the quality of technical discussions and code reviews, and help others make better decisions\n\nCollaborate across frontend, backend, Product, Design and Quality Engineering to create alignment and bring decisions to closure\n\n**Who are you?\n\n**\n\nYou have 5+ years of professional experience within software development and a proven track record of building, delivering, and maintaining high-quality software solutions in a professional environment\n\nYou have a demonstrated record of leading substantial frontend initiatives from an unclear problem to a production outcome\n\nYou have strong TypeScript and browser fundamentals, with deep production experience in React, Angular or a comparable modern frontend framework\n\nSound judgment in frontend architecture, state management, API integration, component design and maintainability\n\nExperience building accessible, responsive and well-tested interfaces and improving performance using measurable evidence\n\nThe ability to work effectively in a large or evolving codebase and modernise it incrementally rather than requiring a complete rewrite\n\nThe ability to explain technical decisions clearly, mentor engineers and resolve disagreement constructively\n\nA product mindset and a habit of taking accountability beyond completing a backlog\n\nYou are a team player and wishes to engage in the office and its succes while enjoying a collaborate positiv environment\n\nYou have a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar\n\nYou believe that performance is not a matter of fast deliveries but high-quality deliveries and a strong team spirit\n\nYou have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English\n\nFurthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you have/are:\n\nModernising AngularJS or another legacy frontend while continuing normal product delivery\n\nWorking across both React and Angular applications\n\nCreating design systems, shared frontend capabilities or visual-regression practices\n\nBuilding mobile web experiences or applications delivered through a native WebView\n\nIntroducing frontend observability or accessibility
