We've proven pieces of this already; the next frontier is making it reliable and scalable across every team.\nIn this role, you’ll own our developer experience, platform infrastructure, reliability and the factory that enables our whole engineering team to out-build with agents. You'll get to shape the foundations of our AI-native platform which everything else depends upon.\nThis is one of the highest leverage roles in the company: every system you build multiplies every engineer, and every agent, working alongside them - and the infrastructure and cost calls you make is what enables a small AI-native team out-ship a much larger one.\nWe are willing to sponsor engineers relocating from overseas to Australia.\nHow We Build\nWe believe that AI is fundamentally changing software and what it means to be an engineer. You can talk about who used what you built and why it mattered.\n\nPlatform and Infrastructure Depth: You've owned developer experience, CI/CD, build/deploy tooling and cloud infrastructure for a shipping team, and you think in leverage: your proudest work made everyone else faster.\n\nReliability Ownership: You’ve owned SLOs, on-call health, observability, and incident response directly without a separate SRE team to rely on.\n\nCross-Team Leverage.
