As a SEO Strategist, you will:

• Run keyword research, intent mapping and competitor gap analysis

• Write content briefs, metadata strategies and on-page optimization directives

• Run routine site health checks and monitor performance daily

• Research & implement AI Search Optimizations

• Create off-page strategy along with the off-page strategist

• Perform Local SEO

• Conduct content optimization

• Prepare monthly dashboards, ranking updates, and recommendations

• Present findings to client contacts and handle routine communication

• Coordinate with Technical SEO and copywriters to implement recommendations

• Support the onboarding of junior team members

• Flag upsell opportunities to the SEO Manager & Senior SEO Manager

• Use AI tools to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and build automations

• Research and plan off-page strategy for SEO & GEO purposes

Requirements

What you will bring:

• University Degree in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)

• 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency-side or managing multiple sites at once

• Proven ownership of at least one site or account, from research through to reporting on results

• Experience working to a monthly delivery cycle with fixed reporting deadlines

• Deep knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4

• Familiarity with Ahrefs and Semrush

• Ability to handle basic technical questions during client meetings

• Competence to run basic screaming from crawls and recrawls to answer clients' emails without the help of a Technical SEO

• Proficiency of Screaming Frog

• Practical knowledge of Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables and cleaning large exports)

• Ability to use Data Studio or an equivalent reporting tool

• Excellent use of Greek and English (written and spoken)
