and competitor gap analysis\n\nWrite content briefs, metadata strategies and on-page optimization directives\n\nRun routine site health checks and monitor performance daily\n\nResearch & implement AI Search Optimizations\n\nCreate off-page strategy along with the off-page strategist\n\nPerform Local SEO\n\nConduct content optimization\n\nPrepare monthly dashboards, ranking updates, and recommendations\n\nPresent findings to client contacts and handle routine communication\n\nCoordinate with Technical SEO and copywriters to implement recommendations\n\nSupport the onboarding of off-page strategy for SEO & GEO purposes\n\nRequirements\nWhat you will bring:\nUniversity Degree in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)\n\n3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency-side or managing multiple sites at once\n\nProven ownership of at least one site or account, from research through to reporting on results\n\nExperience working to a monthly delivery cycle with fixed reporting deadlines\n\nDeep knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4\n\nFamiliarity with Ahrefs and Semrush\n\nAbility to handle basic technical questions during client meetings\n\nCompetence to run basic screaming from crawls and recrawls to answer clients' emails without the help of a Technical SEO\n\nProficiency of Screaming Frog\n\nPractical knowledge of Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables and cleaning large exports)\n\nAbility to use Data Studio or an equivalent reporting tool\n\nExcellent use of Greek and English
