This is a remote role within our global team, open to candidates currently based in Portugal.\nYou will help bring the RELEX brand to life across marketing, sales, and the wider organization, creating thoughtful, high-quality design for a range of audiences and channels.\nThis is a varied role spanning digital campaigns, event materials, print, presentations, and other brand assets. We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye, sound design fundamentals, and a keen interest in imagery. You should be confident using AI image tools and writing effective prompts, while bringing the judgment needed to select, refine, and art-direct the results.\nWhat you'll do:\nCreate engaging, on-brand assets for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.\nDesign printed materials for events and other brand touchpoints, preparing accurate files for production.\nCollaborate remotely with colleagues across our global marketing and sales teams, as well as the wider RELEX organization, to turn briefs into effective visual work.\nHelp develop imagery and visual concepts, from initial ideas and art direction through to final execution.\nUse AI image tools and prompting techniques to explore and create imagery that meets the brief and fits the RELEX brand.\nMaintain a consistent, high standard of design across channels while finding ways to make our brand more distinctive and effective.\nWhat you'll bring to the table:\n3+ years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio showing strong digital and print work.\nA strong grasp of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.\nExperience designing for print, including production requirements and preparing files for suppliers.\nStrong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.\nPractical experience with AI image generation and prompt writing, paired with a discerning eye for image quality and suitability.\nAn interest in imagery and ideally some experience shaping visual concepts or providing art direction.\nAttention to detail, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload across teams and time zones.\nWorking proficiency in English.\nWhat we offer:\nA position where you can help retailers and consumer goods companies to reach their ESG initiatives through increased supply chain efficiency, reduced food waste, and an empowered workforce\nAn international focus with learning opportunities in a rapidly growing SaaS company\nA fun, ambitious, and committed marketing team where all the team members live in 10 different countries but still feel like a family\nA respectful and professional, yet easy-going atmosphere where individual thinking is encouraged\nResponsibilities and challenging projects from day one\nRELEX Portugal\nRELEXians can be found around the world, but here we’re based out of our central office in Lisbon, where we act as a true extension of the Finnish team.
