Manufacturing Team Lead – SEA

About the Role

As we scale our customer and partner footprint across SEA, we're looking for a Manufacturing Team Lead to lead and grow our manufacturing solution capabilities in the region.

In addition to leading the team, this role carries a strong hands-on component: you will stay close to day-to-day delivery work, including basic-level configuration, support, and implementation tasks, so you can guide by example and step in where the team needs it.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and coach the SEA manufacturing consulting team to achieve personal and operational objectives.
• Manage day-to-day team workload, utilization, and resourcing to ensure capacity to deliver to promise.
• Onboard and upskill team members on manufacturing solution fundamentals and RELEX Plan platform basics.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
• Act as the first escalation point for the team on delivery or customer issues.

Solution Delivery and Basic-Level Tasks:

• Stay actively involved in end-to-end manufacturing implementations, including hands-on solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Perform and review basic-level configuration tasks on the RELEX Plan platform (business rules, database, workspace) to support the team and ensure quality.
• Translate complex customer requirements into robust solution specifications, balancing current needs with future scalability.
• Support day-to-day troubleshooting and first-line problem-solving for ongoing implementations.

Regional Enablement:

• Support regional teams and partners by sharing best practices and upskilling capabilities in the manufacturing domain.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, repeatable manufacturing solution approaches across RELEX.
• Act as the connector between the SEA delivery team and central solution development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing solution capabilities, processes, and ways of working across regions.
• Since this is a role with a global-team dimension, availability to travel internationally is expected.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Excellent knowledge of the RELEX Plan platform, including business rules, database, workspace, and the ability to configure new solutions using these components.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or informally guiding a team, alongside a willingness to stay hands-on with basic-level delivery tasks.
• Strong ability and motivation to learn new concepts quickly and put learnings into effective use.
• Proven capability to translate customer requirements into solution specifications, considering current and future functionalities, processes, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and how supply chain planning fits within them.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and team priorities simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable using AI in your everyday work and contributing to the development of AI tools as part of broader organizational strategies.
• We consider experience from the Manufacturing and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry an additional benefit.
