Program Manager / Director (Delivery Intelligence)

About the Role  

As Program Manager, Delivery Intelligence APAC, you will lead the adoption of AI-driven delivery practices and modern project methodologies across the region. Working closely with regional and global teams, you'll help transform how projects are delivered, improve scalability and efficiency, and support strategic customer implementations that drive lasting business impact. 

Key Responsibilities  

Project Portfolio Performance  

• Drive portfolio performance, profitability, and successful delivery outcomes across APAC. 

• Improve forecasting, resourcing, commercial oversight, and delivery predictability in partnership with regional leadership. 

• Strengthen estimation practices, margin protection, and delivery optimization through data-driven governance and planning. 

• Scale delivery operations efficiently by improving ways of working and increasing productivity. 

• Own portfolio reporting, financial performance tracking, benchmarking, and operational governance across the region. 

• Lead stakeholder communications, customer engagement, governance forums, and escalation management. 

• Coach and support Program and Project Managers to strengthen delivery capability and accountability. 

 Delivery Innovation  

• Lead the regional adoption of AI-enabled delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. 

• Drive initiatives that improve utilization, profitability, delivery performance, and customer outcomes through data-driven insights. 

• Partner with global teams to ensure delivery transformation initiatives achieve measurable business results across APAC. 

• Act as the regional change leader, embedding new ways of working and an AI-enabled delivery operating model. 

• Integrate AI into planning, estimation, risk management, reporting, and governance processes. 

• Evaluate and scale emerging technologies that enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Reduce project cycle times, improve estimate accuracy, and standardize delivery practices across the region. 

Governance & Reporting  

• Maintain clear delivery standards, reporting, and portfolio visibility. 

• Monitor project health, risks, capacity, and business performance. 

Capability Building  

• Upskill and support Project Managers and Project Owners. 

• Promote accountability, best practices, and delivery excellence. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to drive better business outcomes. 

• Lead initiatives that improve delivery performance and scalability. 

What You’ll Bring  

Core Requirements  

• Supply Chain, Retail, or Manufacturing experience. 

• Strong project, program, or transformation leadership experience in a software or technology company. 
• Proven experience leveraging AI to improve delivery, ways of working, and business outcomes.
