This role provides leadership and coordination across project activities, including reimbursement processing, funds tracking, invoice review, financial reconciliation, and reporting. The Project Manager ensures resources, personnel, schedules, and workloads are effectively managed while maintaining compliance with applicable financial controls, contract requirements, and program guidelines. This position also serves as a key point of coordination between RELI leadership, government stakeholders, and project personnel to ensure successful and timely contract performance.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport financial operations related to reimbursement processing, funds tracking, invoice review, reconciliation, payment coordination, and financial reporting. \nAssist with ensuring reimbursement activities are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with applicable financial management requirements, appropriations controls, internal procedures, and program guidance.\nManages and oversees all aspects of a single project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget or works to manage a team or process. Has responsibility for managing scope schedule internal staffing and contractual deliverables.\nPrepares reports for government and RELI management regarding status of project.\nResponsible for project planning, scheduling and monitoring reviews.\nEstablishes operating policies to mitigate risk.\nOversees coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully complete projects.\nProvide day-to-day assignment of personnel to functions in this SOW.\nManage workload and due dates, SOW requirements, and interface with the COR and Government task leads.\nResponsible for administrative activities in support of contract and staff (i.e. financial management, performance reviews, disciplinary actions required)\nQualifications\n12 years project management experience; 4 years managing similar scope of work\nBachelor’s degree\nActive PMP Certification \nExperience with Microsoft Office software applications, specifically with advanced skillsets in the use of Microsoft Excel.\nExceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and analytical skills.\nExcellent verbal and written skills. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
