This role is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive recruiting professional with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds positive relationships, and is committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and onboarding support.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.\n\nCreate, review, and update job descriptions and recruitment materials to accurately reflect position requirements.\n\nSource and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, candidate databases, referrals, and recruitment events.\n\nBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.\n\nSupport hiring managers with interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.\n\nAssist with developing and maintaining recruiting standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).\n\nTrack recruitment metrics and provide updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruitment activities.\n\nProvide guidance and support to recruiting interns on sourcing and candidate engagement activities.\n\nParticipate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives to promote employer branding.\n\nStay informed of recruitment trends, technologies, and talent acquisition best practices.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.\n\nExperience supporting or managing full-cycle recruitment activities.\n\nStrong sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing skills.\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and recruitment best practices.\n\nProficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.\n\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and team members.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nExperience recruiting within the federal government contracting industry.\n\nFamiliarity with federal contract staffing requirements, including positions requiring security clearances.\n\nExperience developing recruiting process documentation or supporting process improvements.\n\nHR or recruiting certification, such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS.\n\nEEO Employer:\nRELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
