National. This position is one of many positions that RELI is recruiting for, to support TSA’s Counter Drone Unit responsible for supporting and coordinating the development, management, standardization, and sustainment of this enterprise capability.\nThis is an onsite position at TSA HQ in Springfield, VA with core working hours of 8am - 4pm.\nSupports CONOPS, implementation plans, fielding plans, staffing models, strategic milestones and enterprise planning products.\nSupport editing, formatting, and quality control of written products for Government Review and approval. \nSupport documentation management processes that include maintaining document repositories and version control.\nSupport development and maintenance of operational documents including SOPs and strategic planning documents.\nProvide expertise in format and document standardization. Including development of templates.\nQuality control review for grammar, consistency, clarity and organization.\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's degree required.\nRequired 6 plus years' experience performing similar duties. \nExperience supporting Federal programs similar to job description.\nExcellent written and verbal skills.\nAbility to manage tasks deadlines and stakeholders.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to work with sensitive but unclassified information in accordance with applicable requirements.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a Government HQ environment.\nAbility to prepare high-quality draft products for Government review and approval.\nEEO Employer:\nRELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
