If you’re ready to find your limitless - join us!\nSummary\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. This position requires excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.\nEssential Functions\nCommercial installation of condensers, coils, furnaces, package and roof top units, mini split systems, thermostats, high efficiency air filters and air scrubbers.\nDiagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.\nInstallation and/or design of ducts for ventilation purposes.\nEnsure calibration of thermostats and other controls\nMaintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle in a clean and organized fashion.\nDocument all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.\nDiagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issues are and their options for repair (when applicable).\nReplace faulty or expired parts in an HVAC system.\nFabricate parts in case parts are not readily available.\nDetermine need for upgrading HVAC systems and take measures to take necessary actions.\nTravel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.\nBe available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.\nMaintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization both inside and out.\nUnderstand Company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices at job site. Electronically process credit card payments. Obtain customer signature at completion of job. Obtain correct customer information including email address.\nParticipate in Company-provided training.\nIdentify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).\nEnsure that chemical compositions in equipment are adequate at all times.\nHandle conduit running for HVAC equipment.\nOrder any supplies or equipment needed for HVAC maintenance or installation as needed.\nQualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalency required\nMinimum of 5 years Commercial HVAC installation experience\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nIntermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and basic building codes as related to technical and mechanical competence.\nProficiency with MS Office products and advanced Phone Apps\nValid Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record required.\nPlease note that any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review (as applicable).\nReliable is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
