If you’re ready to find your limitless - join us!\nSummary\nAs a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' HVAC systems. You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance tasks, and minor repairs to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC equipment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hands-on work and a desire to grow in the HVAC industry.\nEssential Functions\nConduct routine inspections of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).\nPerform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical components.\nAssist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues.\nDocument maintenance activities and report findings to senior technicians or supervisors.\nAdhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.\nProvide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct with clients.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nEPA certification required.\nHVAC technical training or certification is a plus.\n1-2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry as an apprentice or maintenance tech.\nBasic understanding of HVAC systems and components.\nMust be 22 or older\nMust pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nWillingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC maintenance and repair.\nParticipate in all company sponsored training classes.\nWork in and maintain a safe working environment.\nOther duties as assigned\nAt Reliable Heating & Air, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
