Your primary objective will be to support the sales team (Home Comfort Advisors) in achieving their targets by organizing and prioritizing leads, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with potential clients.\nEssential Functions\nProvide administrative support for our sales team.\nAnswer incoming calls and provide top-notch customer service to potential and current customers (both external and internal)\nCommunicate continuously throughout the day with Home Comfort Advisors, Dispatch and Call Center Representatives.\nReceive and process sales leads and referrals from service technicians\nProvide follow-up on quotes and communications with customers as needed.\nDraft and email up-to-date schedules to Home Comfort Advisors\nSchedule all phone, web and email requests for estimates \nProperly and timely complete paperwork\nSchedule and maintain jobs on board and send out availability updates \nMaintain and update lead logs and assist in updating reports for daily sales totals when needed. \nConfirm accuracy of booked calls and report discrepancies to appropriate department.\nAdjust HCA schedules as needed. \nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalency preferred.\nProven experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry\nAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nExcellent interpersonal, written and communication skills \nHighly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities\nDetail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to adapt and learn new software\nReliable is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
