description:\n\nProgramme Manager SAP, Supply Chain & Data\n\nExperience:\n\n- 8 - 12 years' experience managing enterprise-scale SAP and Supply Chain transformation programmes end to end.\n\n- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / ECC implementations, rollouts or transformations.\n\n- Proven experience managing 10+ concurrent workstreams across business, technology, data and operations.\n\n- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation and manufacturing.\n\n- Experience across at least two of: SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM/WMS, SAP TM/TMS, Supply Chain Planning, BI/Reporting.\n\n- Proven experience managing UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare for SAP programmes.\n\n- Experience establishing programme governance, including RAID, integrated plans, dependency tracking, SteerCo and executive reporting.\n\n- Strong CXO / SteerCo stakeholder management and decision-making experience.\n\n- Experience managing SAP System Integrators, vendors, budgets and commercials.\n\nSkills:\n\n- Strong SAP programme delivery and understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle / SAP Activate.\n\n- Strong Supply Chain process mapping and transformation capability.\n\n- Data analysis and interpretation, using data to identify trends, issues, opportunities and improvement areas.\n\n- Experience defining, creating and monitoring business and operational KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.\n\n- Strong data visualisation and reporting skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear insights for business and executive stakeholders.\n\n- Experience with BI / analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar is desirable.\n\n- Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.\n\n- Strong risk, dependency, change and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Commercially strong with experience in business cases, benefits, resourcing and prioritisation.\n\nPreferred:\n\n- SAP S/4HANA + EWM/TM experience.\n\n- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail (Staples), logistics or distribution.\n\n- Experience leading global / multi-country SAP rollouts.\n\n- Experience building executive
