Preferred certifications: CCNA / Aruba ACMA / relevant WiFi/networking certification; ITIL Foundation an advantage.\n\nExperience Requirement\n5 to 8 Years\n\nSkills & Competencies\n1. Strong knowledge of enterprise WiFi standards, WLAN controllers and access points. 2. Understanding of RF fundamentals including channels, coverage, interference etc. 3. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs etc. and WiFi authentication (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X) etc. 4. Hands-on with NMS/EMS and monitoring tools eg. SolarWinds, PRTG etc. 5. Understanding of ITIL-based incident, change and problem management processes. 6. Experience working with Ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy). 7. Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills. 8.
