Freshers are also encouraged to apply.\nSenior candidates can apply (a senior title would be considered for deserving candidates)\nExperience with International clientele in Agile methodology is an added advantage\nMust have good analytical skills and should be able to take pressure\nOverview of the Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Requirement management\nCoordinate between business and engineering team\nKey Requirements\nEngage with customers, end-users, product managers, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows\nProvide creative solutions to business requirements & problems for a better User Experience and translate these into easy-to-understand system requirements\nCreate detailed use cases supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criterion\nWork closely with development/test/regulatory/product/business teams in an agile environment to refine and support the development, testing, and release of functionality\nSupport key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release\nReview, prioritize, comment and follow-up on product defects\nDevelop technical proposals & documentations (i.e., white paper, case study, expertise in specific technology, architecture, etc.) based on R&D.\nWork collaboratively, act as a subject matter expert and work in a team environment to meet aggressive deadlines\nMust be able to handle pressure and deliver under tight deadlines\nExcellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skill\nA strong sense of responsibility, accountability, proactiveness and good communication skills are MUST for this position.
