regulations and operational requirements.\nInternational Customs and Border Control (CBP) programs (e.g., ACE).\nManaging third-party service providers.\nSupporting directives related to safety, health, environmental, and consumer protection.\nCompliance with industry standards such as NIST, Hazardous Materials Regulations, and Battery certifications.\nKnowledge of global RF regulations (e.g., cellular, Bluetooth, LoRa).\nFamiliarity with cGxP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or ISO 17025 requirements.\n\nOverview of the Responsibilities\nTrade Facilitation & Compliance Management:Coordinate and ensure efficient movement of imported, exported, and domestically transported goods.\nCollaborate with trade service providers, customs brokers, and carriers to streamline import clearances and ensure trade compliance.\n\nPolicy Development & Team Training:Develop internal policies to maintain compliance with domestic/international trade laws.\nMentor and train team members on compliance procedures and industry standards.\n\nRegulatory & Compliance Program Support:Aid in fulfilling regulatory and compliance requirements for products and operations.\nWork closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams throughout New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.\n\nCertification Management:Oversee regulatory certifications, renewals, and maintain compliance status monitoring.\nEngage third-party providers to support regulatory compliance certifications.\n\nRisk Management & Action Planning:Assess compliance and operational risks, creating action plans to mitigate them.\nSupport ITC requirements to facilitate smooth shipment flow.\n\nKey Requirements\nExpertise in U.S. export/import regulations and familiarity with CBP programs (e.g., ACE).\nProficiency in managing third-party providers.\nStrong project management and regulatory knowledge.\nPractical knowledge of cGxP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 17025 standards.\nProven ability to interpret NIST standards, transportation/vibration standards, and hazardous materials regulations.\nAbility to use cutting edge technologies like AI to efficiently deliver tasks.\nNice To Have Requirements\nExperience in high-volume, low-cost electronics manufacturing.\nCustoms broker experience or equivalent.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal
