You’re welcome to apply too.\nExperience Requirements\nAt least 2 years in a Scrum Master, Agile Coordination, Business Analysis, or Software Development role (or something in that neighborhood).\nBonus points if you’ve worked directly with software development teams before.\nOverview of the Responsibilities\nRunning the Scrum ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros - and making them useful, not just routine.\nManaging Scrum and Kanban workflows day to day.\nFollowing up with the team regularly so nothing quietly falls behind.\nKeeping an eye on sprint progress and making sure commitments actually get delivered.\nSpotting blockers, risks, and dependencies before they become real problems.\nBeing the connective tissue between developers, QA, BAs, Product Owners, and stakeholders.\nKeeping everything documented and tracked in ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.\nGiving clear, regular updates on where things stand - the good and the not-so-good.\nHelping the team get better at Agile over time, not just follow it by the book.\nKey Requirements\nA solid grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.\nEnough technical understanding to follow the software development lifecycle.\nStrong follow-up instincts -
