You’ll work directly with teams across Underwriting, Claims, Product and Operations to identify real problems, turn them into practical AI solutions and take those solutions from idea through to production.\nWe’re not looking for someone who just wants to build demos. We want someone who likes shipping, testing, improving and owning what they build.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nBuild, test and deploy AI agents, automations and workflows across the business.\n\nTranslate business problems into practical technical solutions using AI tools, APIs and integrations.\n\nOwn solutions once they go live, monitoring performance, debugging issues and improving outputs.\n\nWork directly with teams to understand where AI can remove friction and improve how work gets done.\n\nDesign testing and evaluation processes to ensure AI outputs are accurate, reliable and safe.\n\nBuild appropriate human-in-the-loop controls for higher-risk workflows.\n\nHelp develop reusable AI workflows and components that can scale across Relm.\n\nStay close to new models, agent frameworks and AI tooling, testing what could add real value.\n\nFeed production learnings into Relm’s wider AI roadmap.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:\nExperience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, agents or automation solutions.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with modern AI tools and large language models.\n\nConfidence working with APIs, JSON, webhooks, integrations, logs and technical troubleshooting.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work out why something isn’t behaving as expected.\n\nExperience testing AI outputs for accuracy, reliability and consistency.\n\nThe ability to understand business problems and turn them into practical solutions.\n\nStrong communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nA curious, experimental mindset and a genuine interest in building with AI.\n\nThe ability to work independently and take ownership from discovery through to production.\n\nExperience in insurance, financial services or another regulated environment is a bonus, but not essential.\n\nHOW TO STAND OUT:\n\nTell us about something you’ve built with AI.\nSend us a link, a screenshot, a workflow, a GitHub repo or just one honest sentence explaining what you built.\nIt’s the first thing we’ll ask about, and it matters more to us than your CV.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER:\n13th Month Pay & Overtime Compensation: Enjoy an extra financial boost with a 13th-month pay, along with overtime pay for any additional hours worked. \nNight Shift Differential: Earn a 10% premium for shifts worked between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., recognizing the value of your dedication during off-peak hours. \nComprehensive Government Benefits: Rest easy knowing you are covered by essential government benefits such as SSS, PHIC, and HDMF. \nHMO Health Coverage: We offer full health coverage with an HMO plan to ensure you and your family are taken care of. \nInternet Allowance: Stay connected with an internet allowance to support your productivity, whether working remotely or in the office. \nWork Equipment Provided: We ensure you have the tools you need for success by providing the necessary work equipment. \nDiscretionary Bonus: In addition to your salary, you’ll be eligible for a discretionary bonus, rewarding your hard work and dedication. \n Paid Time Off (PTO): Enjoy 15 days of paid leave annually, offering you the flexibility to take time off when you need it most. \n De Minimis Benefits (Monthly): Additional perks to support your daily needs, including: \nRice Subsidy: A monthly subsidy for rice. \nMeal Allowance: A daily allowance for meals during your workdays. \nLaundry Allowance: Monthly support for laundry expenses \nAt Relm, you won’tjust join a company- you’llbe part of a team that’sshapingthe future.
