Business Intelligence Analysts work closely with various departments to analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and provide valuable insights that can improve business processes and strategies.\n\nResponsibities\n\n Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.\n\n Report and Dashboard Creation: Develop reports, visualizations, and interactive dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner.\n\n Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models that enable efficient data analysis and visualization.\n\n Data Cleansing and Validation: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying and resolving data quality issues.\n\n Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify trends.\n\n Data Interpretation: Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.\n\n Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and research to address specific business questions or challenges.\n\n Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.\n\n Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define data analysis objectives.\n\nRequirements\n\n Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or economics is commonly required.
