You’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless employee experience while supporting core people operations, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, HR systems and data, compliance, and employee engagement.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. You should be a clear communicator with strong follow-through who exercises sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential employee information.\nHow You’ll Do It…The scope of work may include but is not limited to the following:\n\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC, including document collection, background checks, right-to-work verification, and system provisioning, escalating jurisdiction-specific questions to the HR Manager.\n\nCoordinate with the payroll team to process employee changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.\n\nMaintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HRIS records.\n\nServe as a first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, people programs, leave, and benefits, resolving routine matters and escalating more complex cases as appropriate.\n\nSupport compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations in each operating jurisdiction.\n\nSupport people reporting and workforce analytics by compiling data, generating reports, and responding to information requests.\n\nDraft and maintain HR documentation, process guides, and internal employee communications.\n\nAssist with cyclical people programs, including performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and compliance training.\n\nAssist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive employee experience.\n\nWhat Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred\n\n2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role\n\nExperience working with HRIS and payroll systems, with demonstrated proficiency maintaining accurate employee data\n\nDirect experience supporting an hourly, distributed, or field-based workforce\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple priorities\n\nProven ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment\n\nExposure to employment practices across two or more of the following markets is preferred: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, and Singapore\n\nDemonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly, including HRIS, applicant tracking, and workflow tools.
