If you’re an experienced Mechanical Designer who enjoys turning concepts into buildable hardware, creating clean drawings, and seeing designs come to life, ReLogic is where you belong.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCollaborate with engineers and analysts to translate concepts and design intent into detailed CAD models and manufacturing-ready drawings\nCreate CAD models and detailed drawings of parts and complex assemblies in SolidWorks\nDevelop clear, accurate engineering drawings that support fabrication, assembly, and inspection\nFollow company product definition standards and revision control procedures\nSubmit, peer review, and release drawings through ReLogic Research’s document control system\nSupport prototype builds, integration, and installation activities to ensure hardware is assembled and implemented as intended\nCoordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve design and documentation issues\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a clearance\n5+ years of experience in mechanical design, drafting, or related technical work\nStrong proficiency in SolidWorks modeling and drawing creation\nExperience creating manufacturing-ready drawings and mechanical assemblies\nWorking knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawing standards\nExperience with revision control/document management systems (SolidWorks PDM preferred)\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional experience in mechanical design, drafting, or a related field\nExperience with SolidWorks Product Data Management (PDM)\nFamiliarity with ASME Y14.100, Engineering Product Definition and Related Documentation Practices\nExperience supporting hardware integration, prototyping, or installation activities\nExperience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries\nThis is a full-time salaried position with highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
