This has contributed to RelPro achieving 40+ % revenue growth in each of the past three years and being ranked #1866 in the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies in the US.\nWe have an immediate full time opening for a CTO position within the Executive team.\nAs the CTO, you will report to the President and be directly responsible for growing and developing the internal and client-facing applications as well as the QA and IT tasks associated with them. You will become an expert in RelPro’s leading business development solution for Financial and Professional Services firms. You will work directly with our external partners and with our internal Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management and Operations professionals.\nStack\nAWS - EC2, ALB, RDS Elastic Cache, Cloud Search, DynamoDB\nWindows Severs, .Net Framework 4.8 WCF, Node.JS, AngularJS\nMongoDB, Atlas Search\nQualifications\nA minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.\n10+ years of professional IT experience.\nExperience in translating business requirements into operational systems.\nExperience in leading teams and/or managing workloads for IT team members.\nProfessional Director level experience in an enterprise environment is preferred.\nFinancial Services Industry experience is a plus.\nDevOps and CI/CD experience a strong plus.\nRequirements\nProvide leadership in development of inter-team communication and cohesiveness;
