The role covers all customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal processes within Professional Services. \nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nOverall project governance and success, including management of Reltio activities, deliverables, and sign-offs\nAdherence to The Reltio Way Delivery Methodology\nLead teams of architects, consultants, and developers, onshore and offshore, remote and on-site, through the successful delivery of Reltio capabilities\nManage several engagements concurrently\nProactively manage each engagement’s financials, scope, schedule, and status on an ongoing basis \nManagement of customer product issues and enhancement requests\nInfrastructure and platform oversight, including escalation of product issues\nCoordination with Product Management, Customer Success, Dev Ops, and Engineering if needed\nDevelop meaningful, trusted relationships with partner resources\nDevelop meaningful, trusted advisor relationships with Customer executives\nCommunicate technical and business concepts to non-technical audiences\nBe the face of Reltio to each Customer on a day-to-day basis\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities at your engagements\nDevelop repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, and templates for the betterment of the practice\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned. \nSkills You Must Have:\nBachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent\nAt least 5-8 years of enterprise-level experience in project management, leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions\nOwnership of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle or equivalent \nTechnology experience or awareness in the following:\nERP, accounting systems, provisioning systems\nMDM solutions\nNoSQL, Graph databases, JSON\nWeb Services, XML, SOAP, REST\nCloud integration tools, including SnapLogic, Mulesoft, or Informatica\nObject-Oriented software application design and development - Java\nAbility to travel up to 50% (Depends on the situation - some weeks 0%, some weeks 80%)\nDeep program/project management skills, including Agile Scrum\nManaging multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams\nExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and development skills\nMaster Data Management business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered \nAdvanced analytics business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered \nMachine learning, artificial intelligence business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered \nSoftware as a Service / Cloud delivery\nSkills That Are Nice to Have: \nFinancial Force PSA knowledge a plus\nPMP Certification a plus\nMBA a plus\nAt Reltio, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market.
