This individual is responsible for the setup, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Reltio's demonstration environments. The Technical Solution Specialist will ensure that our demo platforms are robust, current, and effectively showcase the power of Reltio's data unification and AI capabilities. This role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating impactful demonstration experiences.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure and maintain standard and customized demonstration environments for Reltio's data unification and AI platform.\nLoad, manage, and refresh datasets within demo environments to support various industry use cases and prospect-specific scenarios.\nAssist Solutions Consultants with technical aspects of demo preparation, including light scripting, data manipulation, and basic integration setups.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the demonstration environments promptly to ensure availability and reliability.\nDocument demo environment configurations, customization procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\nCollaborate with Solutions Consultants and SC Management to understand evolving demo requirements and implement necessary technical changes.\nSupport the creation and maintenance of reusable demo assets and technical components.\nStay updated on Reltio product releases and new features, ensuring demo environments reflect the latest capabilities.\nAssist in testing new product features within the context of demonstration environments.\nManage access and permissions for demo environments.\nRequirements\nRequired Experience/Skills/Education/Abilities:\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 2-5 years of experience in a technical support, IT operations, technical pre-sales support, or similar role within the enterprise software industry.\nStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with data management concepts and working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).\nFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for automation and customization.\nUnderstanding of web technologies, APIs (REST/JSON), and basic integration concepts.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members.\nExperience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their services.\nDesired Experience/Skills/Education/Abilities:\nFamiliarity with data unification, master data management (MDM), or customer data platform (CDP) concepts.\nExposure to AI/ML concepts and how they are applied in enterprise software.\nExperience with data loading and transformation (ETL) tools or processes.\nKnowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with source control workflows and Git repository hosting services.
