Our work operates at the intersection of scientific domain expertise, advanced data analysis, and the adoption of AI-enabled technologies.\nResponsibilities:-\nLead scientific subject matter experts (SMEs) evaluating Reaxys and Embase search and API quality.\nImprove discoverability through expert input on data models and pipelines.\nOversee customer-focused quality assurance, testing, and feature releases.\nEscalate unexpected search and API changes with expert insight.\nProvide usage insights and recommendations for data-driven platform improvements.\nRepresent expert customer perspectives throughout product development and delivery.\nSet and champion the quality standards by which search and API outputs are judged, ensuring results meet the bar expert customers expect.\nRequirements:-\nAcademic background (Masters/PhD) in Bioinformatics, Cheminformatic/Chemistry Biochemistry or allied fields\nStrong data analysis and scripting skills using Python (Jupyter Notebook) and Bash\nCollaborative mindset with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork\nDemonstrated experience contributing to or validating AI/GenAI-based testing frameworks and analytical workflows\nHands-on experience working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or other relational/analytical database systems)\nExperience working with large datasets on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)\nExperience driving projects forward, coordinating stakeholders, documenting work, and presenting results.\nWork in a Way that Works for You:-\nWe promote a healthy work-life balance across our organization.
