Shall be accountable for delivering efficient and effective operations of R2R processes in scope to high quality standards that meet/ exceed key objectives and service levels.\nAccountabilities:\nGeneral Ledger\nPreparing and recording of journal entries\nMonitoring of the close process at unit and company levels\nReviewing and analysis of account and unit-level trial balances\nPerforming reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and related bank statements\nIntercompany Accounting\nSettlement of Intercompany transactions\nPerform Balance confirmation and Mismatch Analysis\nTransfer Pricing\nFixed Accounting\nRecording of newly acquired fixed assets (tangibles and intangibles)\nRecording of depreciation\nAccounting for the disposition of fixed assets\nExternal Reporting\nPerforming record retention archiving and audit support specific to accounting and external reporting\nResearching of local and international accounting issues and briefing of new pronouncements\nMonth-End Reports/ Adhoc task/reporting\nQualifications:\n Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related course\nMust have at least 1-2 years of experience in Record-to Report or General Accounting\nExperience with ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft); PC proficient - strong experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced excel skills a plus), Word, PowerPoint; experience with MS Access and Project is a plus\nLogical thinker who constantly thinks of process improvements\nAble to thrive in a fast-paced setting; able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills\nGood interpersonal skills; and ability to work with a diverse group of people\nStrong technical and analytical skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nMust have stakeholder management experience\nMust be independent yet a strong team player\nAbility to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
