The role offers exposure to diverse businesses, leadership teams and cultures, alongside opportunities to build your consulting skills and internal network.\nThe team has an excellent track record of developing talent for commercial and leadership roles within our businesses.\nThe role reports to a Senior Strategy Manager and is based in our headquarters in London. Some projects involve global teams, so meetings may occasionally fall outside UK office hours. We support each other to work flexibly, prioritising work-life balance and wellbeing.\nResponsibilities\nWork with senior team members to scope, structure and deliver strategy projects across RELX’s businesses\nTake ownership of defined project workstreams, conducting research and analysis, testing hypotheses and developing actionable recommendations\nAnalyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity and emerging technologies, including AI, to identify opportunities and implications for RELX businesses\nDevelop quantitative models and qualitative insights to assess strategic options and their commercial impact\nCreate clear, decision-oriented presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders\nBuild effective relationships with colleagues across strategy, product, commercial and other business functions\nSupport RELX-wide communities by organising forums, sharing insights and best practices, and facilitating networking across strategy, product and commercial teams\nRequirements\nHave experience delivering strategy or commercial projects within management consulting, investment banking or a corporate environment\nDemonstrate strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving\nBe able to think strategically and tactically, connecting the broader business context with operational detail\nHave advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities\nBe able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of workstreams, working independently and as part of a team\nBe intellectually curious, creative and attentive to detail\nBe internally motivated, positive and self-starting, with a commitment to learning and developing new skills\nPossess excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement and a collaborative working style\nBe able to build relationships and communicate effectively in multicultural, multinational environments\nExperience in information, data services or analytics businesses would be an advantage.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
