With guidance and supervision from more senior members of the team, this role will undertake requirement gathering, analysis and definition and testing of business applications and functionality.\nAccountabilities:\nDocument before and after process maps during current state analysis and process discovery sessions.\n\nPipeline Management and Qualification of AI and Automation projects.\n\nAnalyze and document business requirements and workflows.\n\nDevelop system specifications, process flows, and data conversion strategies.\n\nCreate user documentation for technical and functional use.\n\nAdhere to established processes, protocols, and quality standards.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and escalate issues as needed.\n\nBuild trust with stakeholders through clear communication and reliable execution.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree.\n\nExperience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or Software Testing.\n\nProcess mapping, process discovery, opportunity assessment, and requirements gathering.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for AI, RPA, and automation initiatives.\n\nBasic knowledge of SDLC and exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Python, SharePoint, AI, or Automation projects.\n\nFamiliarity with AI/Automation concepts such as workflow automation, prompt engineering, Copilot/ChatGPT Agents, or LLM projects.\n\nProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to coordinate between Operations and Technology teams and support project delivery through documentation, testing, and user story creation.\n\nStrong prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.\n\nExperience with reporting or e-learning tools (e.g., Easygenerator).\n\nStrong learning agility and willingness to upskill in AI and Automation technologies.\n\nFor internal applicants, at least one DXO-related certification (e.g., Certified Automation Practitioner, Agile, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma certification, Python training, or other AI/Automation-related certifications.)\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
